Are you here on business or leisure? Are you fed up with long lines and long waiting times going through the various airport processes? Island Air’s exclusive Meet and Greet service is the solution to fast-track you through these processes whether arriving or departing from the International Airport Terminal in Grand Cayman.

On arrival at the main airport terminal, Island Air offers a fast and discreet service, assisting with all processes from the moment you land. This includes full assistance with immigration and customs, organising baggage porters, liaison with the transport company and ensure your entry into Grand Cayman is both smooth and stress free.

Your arrival experience includes:

• Personalised ‘meet and greet’ from an Island Air representative at your aircraft’s steps
• Fast track through immigration and customs
• Baggage porters to assist with your luggage (if requested in advance)
• Onward transportation organised and waiting outside of the main terminal building (if requested in advance)

On arrival at the main terminal building, an Island Air representative will escort you through check-in, security and immigration, ensuring you reach your aircraft in a timely manner.

Your departure experience includes:

• Assistance in advance of your departure and arrange transportation to the airport (if requested in advance)
• Personalised ‘meet and greet’ at the main terminal building to assist you with your luggage and the check-in process
• Fast track through security and immigration

Arrival one way cost for families or groups (up to 4 people) the cost is $200.00 USD for an arrival or departure, $40 USD per additional passenger.

A 10% discount will be given for roundtrip service.

Additional $25 before 7am and after 7pm.
